KIDS FROM ALL AGE LEVELS WILL PLAY THE GAME, INCLUDING THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER PLAYED, THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE GAME, AS WELL AS THOSE WHO HAVE PLAYED FOR MANY YEARS.

THE PRIORITY IS FUN, LEARNING THE INs & OUTS OF THE GAME, AND FOSTERING AN APPRECIATION FOR THE GAME OF SOCCER.

SPORTS LIKE SOCCER INCLUDE RAISING CHILDREN'S WELL-BEING BY TEACHING THEM BASICS OF MOVEMENTS WHILE ENGAGING THEM IN THE MAIN SPORT. IN THE INTRODUCTORY LEVEL, THE OBJECTIVE IS TO GET MOVING AND TO STAY ACTIVE.

OUR PROGRAM IS DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR ALL AGE GROUPS FOR OUR YOUNGEST ATHLETES TO LEARN THE GAME OF SOCCER.

SMART SOCCER DRILLS ARE DESIGNED TO ATTRACT KIDS' SHORT ATTENTION SPACES. Instruction focuses on BALL AWARENESS, FUNDAMENTALS OF THE GAME, AND TEAMWORK

SOCCER SKILLS INCLUDE NOT USING HANDS, KNOWING WHICH GOAL TO ATTACK, AND KICKING AND DRIBBLING THE BALL PROPERLY.

RULES ARE LOOSELY ENFORCED AT THIS AGE, WHICH ENSURES THE ENTRY OF CONFIDENCE IN SOMETHING NEW WITH A FOCUS ON TEACHABLE MOMENTS

KIDS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEVELOP A LOVE OF THE GAME, INCREASE SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND HAVE FUN AT THIS STAGE!

DOLPHINS PROGRAM

SWIMMING CLASSES FOR KIDS ARE DEVELOPED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH CHILD, SO HE OR SHE CAN PROGRESS AT THEIR OWN PACE.

ALTHOUGH SOME CHILDREN MAY ADVANCE MORE QUICKLY OR SLOWLY, OUR INSTRUCTORS ENSURE THAT EVERYONE RECEIVES THE INSTRUCTION THEY NEED.


WHAT THEY'LL LEARN

BY GIVING THEM AN OPPORTUNITY TO MASTER ONE ELEMENT AT A TIME, OUR JUNIOR SWIM CLASSES MAKE IT SIMPLE TO BUILD CONFIDENCE IN THE WATER.

DURING THEIR SWIM LESSONS, CHILDREN WILL SPEND TIME ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • STROKE IMPROVEMENT: KIDS WILL GAIN CONFIDENCE DURING SWIM LESSONS, IMPROVE THEIR STROKE AND GAIN ADDITIONAL AQUATIC SKILLS.

  • STROKE REFINEMENT: GUIDANCE ALLOWS KIDS TO REFINE THEIR STROKES AND BECOME MORE EFFICIENT SWIMMERS.

  • SWIMMING AND SKILL PROFICIENCY: STUDENTS WILL LEARN TO SWIM WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY, AND GAIN THE ABILITY TO SWIM

SMOOTHLY OVER GREATER DISTANCES. SWIMMERS WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPTION TO PARTICIPATE IN MORE ADVANCED COURSES.

Aqua aerobics is a popular workout done in the water. It is fun and has many health and fitness benefits. Focusing on a series of movements that contribute to softening and tightening the body. Aqua improves breathing, strengthens immunity, and makes disease resistance more effective. Aside from its significant psychological impact, it also raises bone density and regulates heartbeat. The Aqeeq pools are designed in a safe and modern way to create a fun and welcoming environment for your child. Your child can improve their fitness, learn new skills, and make new friends in this environment.

Kids and teens can exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits through Cross Training for Kids.
Our goal is to motivate and engage your kids and teens in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.

We provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. We will focus on proper movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building.
In each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will pull, push, run, throw, and jump.

Our classes prepares them to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.

Your child will learn the basics of body control and safe exercise and they will be excited about fitness. Our program is perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.

STRUCTURED WARMUP

SOMETIMES IT’S AN OBSTACLE COURSE. OR A RELAY. OR A STATION ROTATION. BUT THE GOAL IS ALWAYS THE SAME — TO GET KIDS MOVING AND HAVING FUN.

FOCUS

KIDS ARE GIVEN TIME TO PRACTICE AND DEVELOP A PARTICULAR SKILL OR MOVEMENT PATTERN THAT WILL BE IN THE WORKOUT. THIS LOWER INTENSITY WORK GIVES KIDS TIME TO WORK ON FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS, SUCH AS: SQUATS, PUSH-UPS, SIT-UPS, WALKING LUNGES. AND SO ON.

GAME

EVERY CLASS ENDS WITH A FUN GAME THAT KEEPS KIDS WANTING TO COME BACK FOR MORE. WE USE CLASSIC GAMES, SUCH AS DODGEBALL AND TAG, ALONG WITH CUSTOM CREATIONS, LIKE TARZAN AND SPINNING ANGRY BIRDS.
